Payment Plans
To ensure our 13 week dental assisting program is accessible to as many eligible students as possible, we are happy to offer in-house payment plans. These terms are available to all students who need assistance. The plan will consist of four, interest-free installments:
- Registration Fee and Books: $350.00
- 1st Installment (Upon Enrollment): $1,150
- 2nd Installment (Due the 4th Week of Class): $1,150
- 3rd Installment (Due the 8th Week of Class): $1,150
- 4th Installment (Due the 12th Week of Class): $1,150
- Total Payment: $4,950
Additional Fees
Some externship offices may require additional clearances including, but not limited to: Hepatitis B Vaccine (approximately $86), FBI Criminal History Background Check (approximately $25), Fingerprinting (approximately $20), Child Abuse History Certification (approximately $13). Other costs incurred from clearances required from externship offices are the student’s responsibility to pay for.

Do you accept third-party payment plans?
Our in-house plans are designed to be more flexible than what a third-party payment plan may offer. However, some patients may find that taking out a loan and using it to pay their tuition in full is the most cost-effective financial option for them.
Can I work full-time while enrolled in dental assisting courses?
Yes! Our course is designed to work around patients with busy schedules, as we understand that life can’t be put on hold while attending dental assisting school. We want our courses to be accessible to as many students as possible.
How much do dental assistants make?
The average salary for dental assistants can vary, especially for our students who are planning to start their careers outside of Ephrata in other parts of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, or New Jersey.
